Coiled ceramic
I have specialized in handcoiling jugs and pitchers in medieval style. They are registered with numbers and are all unique. Their shape is lovely and rustic.
Raku
Raku meens happiness, joy, pleasure and has its origin from 15´th century in Japan. It was used for making teacups for teaceremonies.
Today you use the same technic but instead of burning wood you mostly use gas.
The special with raku is that you take the object out from the owen while it is glowing and cool it rapidly on the ground or put it directly in a container full with sawdust, straw or other material for a rapid reduction. The clay must contain 25-50 % chamotte to put up with this temperature-shock. The glazes and oxids are those who decide the final result.
Other objects
I also make lifelike fruits in stoneware and special things for christmas, easter, local  souvenirs and many other things
