I was born in the north of Sweden not far from the Arctic Circle, but live since 1970  in Uppland.    
All my life I have been painting and drawing. Since I have a great need in creating and developing my talents I have learnt to work with both ceramics and glassfusing. Lately I have also learnt silversmithing.
Earlier I worked as a secretary but since 1990´s I only work as an artist.
I have my studio and a gallery/shop in my villa. The shop is called “Håbolyktan konsthantverk” and is named after a candleholder that I won a local competition with.
2004 I won a goldmedal in an exhibition with judgement by a jury. My work of art was a ceramic bowl in medieval design named “Ropefantasy”.
1997-2003 I ran a shop called “Bålsta Hantverkeshus” with articrafts, together with 4 other craftsmen.
I Have also been involved in the arrangements of an yearly artistic show called “Konstrunda i Håbo”.
